A project after Fray's heart: 1000 Journals. Says the site: "One thousand blank journals are traveling from hand to hand throughout the world. Those who find them will add stories and drawings, and then pass them along." The project is just over three years old now, and still going strong. (I was lucky to catch number 258 on its way through town a while back.)
