As someone who likes to travel, I particularly enjoyed the farewell column by travel writer Gerry Volgenau. In it, he talks about the lessons he's learned as a lifelong traveler and writer, and how that travel has changed him. It's also nice to know that my home town gets a mention that includes the word "goofiest." Hyuck!
