Antarctic Diaries As a person who loves penguins and is dying to visit Antarctica, I was thrilled to find the Antarctic Diaries - Life Behind the Science site by the British American Survey. The site has diaries from their research stations in the Antarctic as well as RSS James Clark Ross and RSS Ernest Shackleton. Some of the diaries are monthly while others are weekly. If you're interested in map-making, their mapping team has diaries, too. The dairies give a great sense of how it feels to live there year-round. | |||||
